Level 1 Training Class
This is the foundational class for learning EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques.
You’re introduced to the body’s energy system, how to access it, and get experience with EFT’s basic forms using demonstrations and practice with classroom partners. You’ll also learn EFT’s history, the basic protocols derived from EFT’s ancestors, TFT and the Acupuncture meridian system, foundational EFT concepts and terms, the original basic recipe and short-cut method, and extra, optional points. Class time will be augmented with resources, hand-outs and reading materials before, during and after the course.
Level 2 Training Class
This class builds upon the first; we use the foundations learned and begin applying them, turning techniques into a more skilled use of the fundamental concepts, and in greater depth and detail, using real world problems and situations. We’ll explore EFT tools’ use in discovering underlying core issues, events, early learnings and their connections to current day behaviors and beliefs. Different approaches and reasoning are presented, with hands-on practice and demonstration. The successful completion of this class will result in an EFTinternational Certificate of Completion, which is the pre-requisite for entering the Mentoring for Certification process, which is typically a 6-month process outlined here:

Level 3 Training Class
This course is perfect for the experienced Tapper that’s ready to take on more comprehensive, nuanced and customized EFT skills and adaptations.
We encourage extensive practice with Level 1&2 skills in order to develop strong, confident and conscious use of EFT.
Level 3’s advanced and artful application and delivery describes the nuanced, mature use of the EFT concepts, skills and techniques, upon more complex real world conditions and situations.
You’ll encounter additional skills and techniques from the NLP canon, along with concepts around Inner Child work, Parts Work, Submodalities, Protective Distancing, Reversals & Shifts and diverse, customized approaches for safely working with yourself, your peers and your clients.
